Bill Fruen is passionate about helping people realize their dreams. He is equally passionate in his conviction that, for people who believe in themselves, business ownership is an ideal vehicle to reach personal goals. For more than 25 years, Bill built, managed and consulted successful organizations around this simple premise. Today he enjoys sharing with others the knowledge and experience he gained on his entrepreneurial journey.
Venturing down the entrepreneurial path at an early age was a risky proposition but through hard work and perseverance, Bill built a successful and enduring $10-million marketing agency spending more than 20 years at the helm. Since moving on from Laker Associates in 2000, Bill has been consulting with other entrepreneurs on the best practices they can use to build a strong business for today and the future.
During his career Bill has been exposed to every level of business from the big box retailers such as Best Buy, Target or Sam Goody all the way down to independent small business owners and franchisees. This experience has given Bill a great understanding for what it takes to succeed in business at all levels and today he is excited to use that experience and the knowledge base available through FranChoice to enlighten those who have a dream of achieving a new level of personal success through franchise ownership.
