Bob Johnson’s successful 28-year franchise development experience, both as a franchisee and master franchisor, has positioned him well to guide people toward their optimum business opportunity. Bob joined ServiceMaster in 1973 and built a one million plus residential/commercial cleaning franchise with 225 full and part-time employees. Bob’s wife and partner, Jean, joined him in 1976. From 1979 through 1996, Bob and Jean developed a 50-unit master franchise business for ServiceMaster in the New York/Long Island, northern New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania markets with service revenue approaching $10 million.
Bob’s career has also included positions in franchise sales for The Lawn Doctor Company, as a regional director with Decorating Den, and he also participated in the management of a local remodeling company.
