Mark Pasma has experienced a great deal of success in the franchise industry as the owner of three different franchise companies and industries. Because Mark has personally experienced both positive and negative emotions while buying, building, managing and selling his franchises, his advice and input on guiding you through the same is unquestionably something you won’t want to be without. He has also spent a great deal of time consulting with many other franchisees and business owners to assist them in the operation and growth of their businesses.
Mark began his franchise career in 1987 with the purchase of his first business, a ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning franchise in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After becoming Michigan’s largest commercial franchisee, he started another residential/disaster restoration franchise three years later in Holland. Because of his quality management team and their success, he was awarded the opportunity to train and consult with new and existing ServiceMaster franchisees, helping them develop and manage their businesses.
Throughout the 90’s … In 1993 he bought a Norrell Staffing franchise to assist his growing companies with their employment challenges. In 1996 he sold his ServiceMaster franchises and continued to build the staffing business. In 1998, the staffing franchise was sold after reaching several award winning plateaus. To balance out his portfolio of business experiences, in 2002 he purchased a retail coffee and smoothie franchise called Maui Wowi and in 2006 purchased a multi-license fitness franchise.
Since March of 2001, Mark has been working as an independent consultant with FranChoice. He has worked with scores of people giving them first-hand knowledge of life as a franchise owner. He clearly understands the fears, concerns and anxieties that surface when a person begins the process of considering a life enriching yet challenging decision. His nurturing coaching style has been for many people a guiding light through the difficult twists and turns of the franchise industry.
