During the first three years of operations the sale of 150+ franchise locations were completed with annual sales topping $20 million; this enabled the company to be recognized as one of the top new national franchise companies.
In 2000, Tom was appointed President of OneSource Franchise Systems, a billion dollar company that provides a full range of outsourced facility management services to the commercial real estate market. After designing and implementing the franchise program, the company surpassed its targets for revenue, profit and franchisee recruitment by 50%, which produced profit margins that were triple the company's historical run rate.
From 1994 to 2000, Tom was Vice President of Global Development for AlphaGraphics, Inc., where he was in charge of all key revenue generating departments including domestic and international sales, marketing and global accounts. During his tenure at AlphaGraphics, the company expanded to more than 350 locations operating in 20 countries and was recognized for producing the highest sales volume and new unit additions within the industry for four consecutive years.
