Kristina Dudziak

 Kristina Dudziak is the Opportunity Manager at FranChoice, Inc. FranChoice is the premier network of franchise referral consultants in the United States. Ms. Dudziak has been involved in the franchise industry for the past ten years. She began her career at Great Clips, a franchise company with over 2,000 operating units. Working in the legal and administration departments at Great Clips, Kristina developed a well rounded experience base with a particular focus on both franchise development and legal support areas. She excelled in the delicate balance between the need to sell franchises and the need to ensure that all the legal requirements and rules of the process were fully met. At Great Clips Kristina earned the distinction of Employee of the Year.
Kristina has extensive experience in UFOC disclosure document preparation and filings, having worked with outside law firms and all of the registration states. She has also coordinated the licensing process with new and existing franchisees and she oversaw the compliance process for the franchisor’s incentive programs and policies.
After joining FranChoice in 2003, Kristina has been involved in a number of areas, including: building the documentation base for legal requirements; contract issues for both consultants and franchisors; supporting the operations and accounting functions; development and administration of the marketing department; and a number of other facets of the operations at FranChoice.
