Terrie Hall
Office Manager
 Terrie Hall is the Office Manager at FranChoice, Inc. FranChoice is the premier network of franchise referral consultants in the United States. Ms. Hall joined FranChoice in December of 2002, excited about the variety of ways she could contribute to the success of the organization. Her responsibilities at FranChoice include coordinating new consultant training, ongoing consultant support, processing franchisor requests and general office operations.
Past work experience which prepared Terrie for the challenges at FranChoice include three years as group assistant for an advertising agency, working with clients such as Pfizer, Land O'Lakes, 3M, and CliffsNotes. She particularly enjoyed writing press releases for some of the pro bono clients. Terrie estimates she has logged thousands of hours on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other programs - even more than she has on computer Scrabble and shopping on eBay. She also spent many years in the electronics industry, in positions such as inside sales, customer service and office manager.
With a degree in professional writing, Terrie is always willing and able to assist with writing and editing projects. But the best part of her job at FranChoice, she feels, is getting to talk to new people each day, and assisting them with their requests.
