Liberty Bernal has over twenty-five years of experience specializing in all things franchising. She began her career as a multi-unit franchisee of Curves, and then went on to become a franchisor. Notably, at the age of 21, she became the youngest woman to start and build a franchise which grew to 65 locations before she sold it in her mid-20s. Her career progressed as she owned multiple gyms, multiple consulting agencies, and has authored multiple books. Bernal’s commitment to empowering others is a central theme in her work, and to date she has coached thousands of people to help them find their path to balance and happiness not only through franchising, but fitness, nutrition and wellness. She emphasizes finding the best version of oneself, both physically and mentally, and her approach is characterized by authenticity and articulation, combining motivational aspects with practical advice.
