Troy has a proven track record of success in business and franchising. He began his professional career in cable television where he spent 5 years as the General Manager of numerous cable television systems throughout Texas. He then became the Director of Operations over Southeast Arizona for Cox Communications, Inc. While this was a phenomenal position with a very prestigious company, his dream was always to own his own business.

In 2001 Troy opened his first franchise business with Comfort Keepers non-medical in home care. He later opened a second location with Comfort Keepers and went on to become one of their most successful multi-unit owners. During his time with Comfort Keepers he spent three years on their National Advisory Council serving as a liaison between the franchisees and franchisor and helping to shape the direction of the company. He successfully sold his home care franchises in 2009.

Simultaneous to building his home care franchises, he also launched a very successful medical alarm business. This company became one of the top independent distributors in the US and was later sold to Philips Electronics.

Today, Troy is a Master Area Developer with a multi-state territory for Junk King Franchise Systems. He has assisted numerous business owners with the launch of their new franchise. He is also a multi-unit franchise owner with Hoodz International serving Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona.
